Grandpa creates his own bami with his fantasy.
He just improvise and taste everything so he knows what the bami needs.
Also he tells about how the bami doesn’t stick and be wet. Stir the bami around all the time and give it space, so it won’t be wet an stcky.
Bake al the ingredients separately and don’t use a lot of oil. Because he uses fish sauce and soyoil, don’t use any salt!
And at last, heat the bami on a plate per person and heat it in the oven! Not in a microwave.
